Delete your Pandalilly account

In the Android app:

• Open Pandalilly and sign in.
• Go to Settings, then Delete account.
• Type your account email address to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

On the website:

• Sign in at pandalilly.com and open Account settings.
• Choose Delete account, confirm your email address, and confirm.

If you cannot sign in: email admin@pandalilly.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and carry out the deletion.

• Your account is locked straight away and scheduled for deletion in 30 days. During those 30 days you can sign in and restore it (Settings, then Restore my account).
• After the 30 days, your account and the data below are permanently erased. A subscription bought on our website is cancelled for you. A subscription bought in the Android app is managed by Google Play, so cancel it yourself in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions) to stop being billed.
• Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data from Account settings on the website (a JSON file with your profile, projects, captions, comments and billing history).

• Your account profile and sign-in details.
• Your projects, uploaded videos, exported videos and files, captions and transcripts.
• Your comments, share links and invitations.
• Your uploaded assets (images, music and sound effects), your subscription record and any feedback you sent us.

• Payment records (amounts, dates, plan and invoice numbers) for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Your name, email and invoice documents are removed from them.
• Content and records connected to a safety report, in particular a child-safety report, may be preserved under a legal hold until it has been reviewed and the hold is released. This is to preserve evidence and meet legal obligations.
• Backups hold copies of deleted data until they are overwritten on their normal rotation. They are not used to restore your account.
• Records that we took a moderation action or recorded your acceptance of our Terms, kept only as long as needed to enforce our rules and meet our legal obligations.

You can delete an individual project at any time from the project list in the app or the website. Deleting a project removes its video, captions and share links.
